Last updated: July 2026. PuddleDuck (“we”, “us”) is based in the Netherlands and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect: when you request an audit we collect your name, work email, website URL, role, target markets and budget range. We use this information solely to prepare and deliver your audit and to communicate with you about it.

Legal basis: we process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except processors necessary to operate this website.

Your rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time, and you may withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@puddleduck.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
